Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Mulberry & Me. We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us.

 

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We allow returns to your original form of payment (minus a $10 return shipping fee), although we prefer if you opt for store credit. Simply indicate your preference when you send the item back.

Items purchased ONLINE are eligible for return if:

  1. All Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and all the original tags are attached.
  2. Items are returned within 10 business days of receipt of shipment.
  3. Items received after 10 business days and before 30 days will receive store credit.  Store credit is valid for one year from return date.
  4. All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains.

If your item does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return the item. The item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, you will be credited to your original form of payment the cost of the merchandise minus a $10 return shipping fee.

All Discounted Merchandise is FINAL SALE!

If you receive incorrect merchandise or you believe the merchandise is damaged, please Contact Us. All claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt of shipment.

We accept returns in-person and via mail. Please contact katie@mulberryandme.com to request a return shipping label. Your return shipping cost will be deducted from you refund. If you choose to ship yourself, please mail the item to:

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to the store.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days, at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

IN-STORE WEB ORDER PICK UP:

Please pick up your item within 10 days of purchase date. If item is not picked up within the 10 days, the item will be eligible for swap/in-store credit only. If the item is not picked up within 30 days of purchase date, the item will be final sale. 

 

IN-STORE EXCHANGES:

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange for store credit ONLY. Items are eligible for exchange if:

  1. All Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and all the original tags are attached.
  2. Items are returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  3. All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains.

Store-Credit is valid for one year from the date the item was returned.

Received a gift from Mulberry & Me? Gifts are eligible for exchange only within 10 days of receipt.
