ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Items purchased ONLINE are eligible for return if:

  1. All Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and all the original tags are attached.
  2. Items are returned within 10 days of receipt of items shipment.
  3. All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains.

All Discounted Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE!

If your item does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return the item. The item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping charges.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or you believe the merchandise is damaged, please Contact Us. All claims must be made within 10 days of purchase date. 

To Return Item By Mail, please include our Return Policy Form that was included in your package and attach the bottom portion to the outside of the box and mail it to:

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to the store.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days, at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

IN-STORE PICK UP:

Please pick up your item within 10 days of purchase date. If item is not picked up within the 10 days, the item will be eligible for swap/in-store credit only.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES:

Purchases made in store are eligible for exchange for store-credit within 7 days of purchase date if:

  1. All Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and all the original tags are attached.
  2. All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains.
